At Thomas Jefferson University, fostering a sense of community is paramount. To facilitate connections between experienced students and newcomers, I spearheaded the design of an intuitive platform that facilitates mentor-mentee relationships.

My role involved comprehensive analysis of the needs of both mentors and mentees, devising seamless onboarding processes for mentors, and creating effective matching algorithms.
